We think “day of” isn't really realistic for what you need or what we do. We are there for that final month up to the big day and the day of. The final month includes one wrap up appointment with clear lists and info for you on what's left, ceremony and reception plans, final payments, and all of those last minute details like who to tip etc... all with unlimited communication in that month. We help facilitate rehearsal and we're there as a resource to family, wedding party and vendors on your big day. Instead of the bakery, your wedding party, or the transportation company calling you for times or final payments- they call us. Doesn't that sound nice? Starting package includes: (1) virtual wrap up meeting, venue walkthrough, (2) onsite planners, detailed timeline and vendor details, customized floorplan and rehearsal coordination.

with the stuff you really need

This option is really a version of what most of our clients need and ask for. It's the "day of" planning that includes a little extra guidance that starts when you book with us. We are your sounding board for unlimited communication via text, email, or phone once you book. Plus, we offer vendor recommendations and contract guidance for any that are not already booked. This option is for the client who wants the independence to do most of the design & planning to have someone just help leverage the budget the best way possible and bring your vision to life so you can relax and enjoy the day. Starting package includes: communication as needed on booking, (1) virtual wrap up, (1) venue/vendor meetings, (2) planners onsite, a detailed timeline and vendor details, customized floorplan and rehearsal coordination.

We are your guidance all along the way like the enhanced day of package with more meetings and appointments. This option still allows you to make all of your own decisions but gives you that ace in your pocket to guide on timelines, setup and budget saving hacks. All of the essentials from an enhanced day of option plus two additional appointments including a custom mock up design appointment to use how you best need our help! Starting package includes: communication as needed on booking, (1) virtual wrap up, (4) venue/vendor meetings, (2) onsite planners, a detailed timeline and vendor details, customized floorplan and rehearsal coordination.

a la carte & add-ons

Site visits: we help you look at your venue through the logistics lens. We give you the tools you need and create the room layout to get your planning started on your own. This is perfect for those venues that don't have all of the essentials built in- buildings, restrooms, tables & chairs or parking nearby. We arm you with the vendors, rental lists and draft layout to get your planning going. Starting at $100 /hour (4 hours typical) + applicable travel. Can be added to any package above.

Planning kick off: this gives you all of the tools to get started including access to our online planning platform with templates and date reminders. After a kick off session, we customize a budget template based on your needs and provide you with a timeline & production schedule. You can use these tools to DIY or pass along to a friend/family member to run the planning process and coordination onsite. $100/hour (1-2 hours typical)

Final countdown session: you've been planning on your own and you need some help or just many extra hands! A comprehensive final crunch session to get the download on everything you’ve been working on. Then we provide you with a comprehensive custom timeline + production packet. How much could there be? Well this appointment usually runs 2-4 hours and your packet is about 5-10 pages with timing, rentals, all the key players (wedding party and vendors), music selections, production guideline and your room layout. You can pass these along to your friend, venue, or vendors directly making your day just a little more smooth sailing. You'll get all of the know how on priorities until the big day with one more touch base to make sure you are on track. $500 flat rate (in person meeting)/$300 virtual

Travel Fees: Travel fees and minimum (2) nights accommodation applied to destinations outside of Pierce County Washington.
